Personnel from this company just show up without letting you know they are coming to check the bait stations around the home. I contacted this local office and was placed on hold by Becky after I requested the corporate number. While on hold, I was able to locate the number myself. As I explained to Angie at the corporate location, this "no scheduling, just show up" policy is not conducive or acceptable to customers because if a customer has a gate around their perimeter, how would the worker f

The customer service from everyone. It’s like a friend dropping by but also spraying my house for pests. Brandon also took the time to call and check on us after we had a house fire and helped set our temporary rental house up with pest control service

Arrow will always be my exterminators, my service tech is Brandon and I am very happy with the job he does. He always asks if I have had any issues and how he will address them. Arrow ( in my opinion) cares about the customer.
