Was told that if I paid my bill early I would get an early pay discount, that was false. 3 weeks later I started receiving phone calls about an open $39.00 balance on my account. I am not one to give a bad review. But, if I can save someone else the time and money with this review - it will be worth it. I have never had so much run around trying to continue business with a company. And my efforts are for my almost 90 yo parent that has had service with Terminix for a very long time. Her 7 yr termite bond contract apparently finished in December. She did not know it was ending and she had no idea they would not process her autopay or continue to provide her with service.
