Zach is always very prompt and extremely friendly. He presents himself at the front door before getting to work and he always explains the service he is applying. I have had Redd for a very long time through multiple homes and they have always provided superior service.

We love having Chris as our pest control guy! He comes 2x a month to ensure our restaurant is in the best shape and we haven’t had ANY activity inside alive since he started. If it’s inside it’s dead! I even moved booths on Wednesday to clean and there is literally nothing! He’s awesome! We are impressed!

Redd Pest control continues to provide excellent service. Grey, our service tech, did an excellent job. He doesn't rush through of treatment service. I always get summary of services performed.

Grey was on his phone while treating out 2 homes. Camers in the pool house does not show him spraying at all. There is 3 cameras there so he could be seen from all locations. Plus the occupant was sitting in the living room and he did not even go by the front of that home. He needs to do better Update..Grey came back and redid the spray on the pool house..he and I talked and came to a understanding he knows what is expected. He was very courteous young man. Glad we had opportunity to chat

Lacks integrity. Do what you say and say what you do. They do not show up or call when they say 10 days to 2 weeks after 1st treatment they mean after 2 weeks you call and beg them to come back. Thry sent out the supervisor for training and he said back in 10 days to 2 weeks and nothing.
