BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. If I could give negative stars I would, this has been THE WORST experience of my life with this company and I’m am beyond shocked they have so many good reviews. We initially got a 5 year contract with Orkin for termite traps and injection. I was sold on the products with the impression that the work can be done. They came out, set the traps, SUPPOSEDLY did the injection all around the house. Come to find out 9months later due to an audit that they NEVER treated the back

Well my review has definitely changed. After my initial review and interaction with the the techs and company, I'm pretty disappointed and a little angry. A termite tech came out, inspected everything, put stakes in, talked my husband in getting insulation done and all sounded great Then they never came back or called. Then the bills started coming in because Orkin took a loan out for us for 6k. I've called six times since September and always are told that they'll call me back. They never do.

I have a pest problem with ants and common household spiders, and being a previous client with orkin several years ago, I was thinking they would be right for the job, afterall they did a great job the last time my family hired them so they should do a good job this time right? Wrong, I had an appointment set for someone to come out and spray between 11-1, the time ticks by and 1:30 comes and no one arrives, I call again and I'm told that "since its a weekend someone may not be able to come out"
