Termite Bond is crazy expensive, more than my Homeowners insurance, and they refuse to give me a copy of the termite bond / contract. poor communications from the office.

didn't recover the pine straw substations after scraping the pine straw away, nor find the old substations, just put new ones.

The two representatives were very courteous and through in their inspection and explanations to us.

I tried for two weeks to get this company to instal termite bait station. I paid their salesman with a check on Monday and was told they would be out on Friday of that week to install. Their salesman called me later that afternoon and was told they would come the next day on Tuesday to install. They didn’t show up. Their installers never called to inform of a change in schedule.. I assumed they were going to keep the original Friday appt. AND again they never showed up!! Their salesman contacted me to see if they had shown up, and I was told he would call me and let me know when they would be there.. He called me and told me it would be the following Monday between 1 and 2pm. When they AGAIN had not shown up nor AGAIN was I given a courtesy call from the installers, I called the office and asked to speak to the owner. The woman that answered was extremely rude to me almost yelling at me and told me their salesman had not given me the correct price. I then asked why was I never contacted by them to clarify a mistake. That is when she was almost yelling at me saying they were trying to decide if they were going to “eat” the lose.. I asked to have my check mailed to me and we would just forget the contract. Four days later I still haven’t received my check.. please me wary of this company!

We tried to schedule but could not get a return call. After several months they just show up, unannounced and unwelcome, to retreat the traps. No thank you. Very flakey. We have never had a “bond” or contract of any kind with your company and do not want one.
