EnSec handles all my pest control. They are always punctual, communicative, friendly, and fast service. Prices are reasonable. I do annual pest control for pests such as wasps. I called them back out because I had one wasp nest that was very active on the side porch where I like to sit. So I called them back for that one thing and they came right away and took care of it and checked all around the house to make sure there were no other active wasp nests. There was no charge for today. Did not take very long. I'm a happy customer! 8/13/2025

So our lawn and said it was caused by drought when you told us we were watering to much, wha? If you want your lawn dead call them. We went with Lawn Doctor to fix the problem and I already see a difference!!

We are sorry that the treatments and communication from our company missed the mark in this instance and failed to satisfy your expectations. We did note, and communicated via pictures, that your lawn was indeed experiencing drought at the end of May. Pictures two weeks later on our last visit showed that this condition persisted. We have experienced a roller coaster ride with drought, then heavy rains this year. This makes it tough because you can experience periods where the lawn has too much and too little water in the same months. The key is letting the lawn tell you when it is thirsty and adjusting your irrigation to those cues. If we did not communicate this well enough we are sorry. We wish you well in the future and appreciate you giving us a shot.

On 8/3/2023 tech treated lawn. I showed in a weed problem on southside lawn. He said okay guess he treated it as I have not read the report. Now I have several areas of brown grass. I have not made pics put can do so. Randall
