They said they were giving me a discount 40 dollars well they barely show up haven’t seen them in 5 months try and cancel and they charge you 229.00 dollars never warn you or nothing. Just a bunch of scammers beware

Unfortunately, we were sold a service from a door to door sales man. I didn't hear from them but did notice that we had more bugs than ever. I told them to cancel and they still continued to charge me and kept trying to secure me as a customer. I didn't pay the months they charged after I requested cancellation and they sent to collections. Do not do business with this company for that very reason, typically those who care about their customers will remove charges, especially when they are only for $50. The amount of time they wasted trying to get the $50 from me they could of utilized to secure new customers and learn to service them properly.

Complete scam! Sales person came to my door sold me service, never seen or heard from them again. Called to get refund as they were still charging me and was told they charge monthly but I have to call to have them come out, not what the salesman told me and if you read other reviews SPIDEXX states they use 3rd party company that clearly tells you whatever. Asked for a refund and the rude manager told me no but she would wave $229 for canceling service. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Someone came to my house this summer and said all of my neighbor uses Spidexx. They told me that they can give me a discount for the first payment($49) and two more payments($149) for one year contract. But I realized that they charged $49 every month from my credit card. So I cancelled my service and they charged the cancellation fee($229) which they never mentioned when I have a contract. Terrible experience from unsolicited sales people.

Maybe they do a fine job… I don’t know. What I do know is I would never give business to unsolicited sales people who knock on my door and use shady tactics to try and close the deal. The sales rep claimed that my entire block uses Spidexx and I’d be seeing a bunch of their trucks later that day, and they’d be happy to take care of us too while “in the area.” We were home all afternoon and never saw a single Spidexx truck. We were told the “Johnsons” who “live across the street” are sooo happy with Spidexx. Never heard of these Johnson’s but ok. I politely declined the pitch only for the rep to say “ok so the truck will be here at 4:00, does that work?” No sir it does not - as I already said! Please dial it back a notch with the sketchy, unsolicited sales tactics. This is 2023. If people need pest control they’re going to ask their neighbors for refs, do some research, and seek out the service they need -

Door to door sales tactics. No soliciting sign, don't care. That's how you get the door slammed in your face. If I wanted your product (I dont) I would buy it directly from you. Your door to door sales tactics have guaranteed I will go out of my way to not purchase your product, even if you happen to be the cheapest or the best. (You aren't. ) This is an edit, to say that I did not have any issues with the sales rep that came to my door. My issue is that you still do door to door sales. This is 2023. No one wants a salesman knocking on their door, ever. The only time I want someone knocking on my door is if my house is on fire and I'm still inside. Even that would probably still annoy me. It's 2023. Just let me die in firey peace.

I signed the agreement at a home that had much more needs, service was fine, but found to be very expensive compared to other companies that did quality work in past years. My frustration came in when I moved, this service was no longer needed in new home, trying to get someone to understand the waste of money based on not needing their services and trying to reason with customer service and account reps was unacceptable in this day and age. I am VERY disappointed in the lack of communication when signing an agreement regarding the "move" clause. I will never use this company again.

Salesman came to our door stating someone (by name) in our neighborhood bought their services, and wanted to get more neighbors to buy the service. He flashed Spidexx's ratings on Google, BBB, and FB, and then described the services and discounts they were offering. I said no multiple times, and salesperson kept pushing. Told the salesman I was in the military (after being asked, of course, I don't like to put out my info), and he started lowering prices. Said no again, and then he questioned if I was really in the military (lol). Since my wife and I just sprayed some Ortho around the house I told him we will get back to him in a month. However, after reading the reviews, I doubt we will be calling them. Most of the 5 star reviews are from people who also reviewed multiple pest control companies from other states, which just looks sketch to me.

They stopped by my house and try to upsell their pest control and hornet prevention services. I told the sales person several times that I wasn't interested. Surprisingly the price went down every time I said "No". The sales person then tried to tack on services and to treat an oversized outbuilding for a paltry amount. They then tried to put words in my mouth that I had agreed to retain them. I realized that if I signed up with Spidexx that I'd be opening the door to high pressure add-on services that I wouldn't want. I finally just closed the door on the person.

High pressure salesman came to my door. Most of what he said were lies. This is not a WI company (as he said), they are based in Utah. They also just opened in WI in March from what I can tell, so his stories about providing pest control to the rich nearby families (he gave names!) are likely lies too. He also told me there's tons of good Google reviews - clearly not. AVOID.
