We had a small rodent issue. When I reached out, the owner answered the phone. He was able to come out the same day. He inspected our home and found a possible entry point. A few traps were setup. Within thirty minutes after him leaving, a mouse was caught. He came back a bit later to remove the mouse. He came back again after the weekend and made another inspection just to find another one. More traps were setup and the entry points were sealed up. I highly recommend his services. Your mileage may vary.

We called Bill to handle a rodent problem that we couldn’t tackle on our own. He came out immediately and did an initial inspection of our home and patched any openings/access points. I was thoroughly impressed with how much effort he went through to ensure he found all possible openings. He has already come back out to my property on a few occasions to check traps and move them around to ensure we are placing them in the right spots. Overall very impressed with this company!

This is locally owned business and owner picks up the phone!! You need owners to pickup the phone.. Great guy.. Responses to messages, text, calls .. I tried to reach several companies today .. I could not get hold of anyone for entire morning but Bill Knopf. He came and helped me... he is good and dependable. He deserves 5 stars 100%

The owner of the company, Bill, initially came out to address an "emergency" to stop a rodent infestation and he put us on a very reasonable program to keep the rodents away. The program was less than I thought it would be and the results were what he claimed they would be - no more rodents! Bill has also been spraying our yard for the past two years to stop mosquitos and that has worked as promised as well. He even made a special trip to our place the day before we had out of town guests just to make sure we were able to use the yard. All in all Bill is very focused on the client and their needs!
