I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt like this one was deserved. I just received a small goodie bag from Mosquito Joe, and honestly—those little touches from a small company really make the difference. I hired them last year toward the end of the season after the floods left my yard swarming with mosquitoes. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly and delivered fast, effective service. Within a short time, my yard went from unbearable to comfortable again. Mosquito Joe went above and beyond from the start, and the follow-up gestures show they actually care about their customers. Highly recommend them.

Not a customer, neighbor is. They literally sprayed me today. I was outside when they started, no warning. They did quickly move on when they realized I was standing there and the wind was blowing toward me. You creeps need to stop spraying me and my property now! You regularly spray well over the property line, especially my flowers in the spring!
10/10 Service! We switched from another provider to Mosquito Joe this year and our only regret is that we did not switch sooner. Their price, quality, and service are unmatched!
I can’t say enough good things about this company :) We have been using them for a few years and have been able to enjoy a mosquito free spring summer and fall! Prior to this we had to run for our lives just to get the mail pretty much! Even after all the flooding we barely saw any and they have been going above and beyond to keep them under control which is hard with how much rain we got but still able to enjoy a bite free summer! Always respond when you ask questions and move treatment up if needed! Highly recommend and good customer service is hard to come by these days, so we really appreciate them and recommend them to everyone! You won’t regret it!!!
10 out of 10 recommend! I called on a Thursday with mosquitos so bad I couldn’t open the door without them getting in or even let my dogs out without them getting swarmed. I spoke with Johnathan and he was able to get me in the schedule before the weekend. Less than 24 hours after my call they were at my house spraying. I feel such relief and will be recommending and continue using Mosquito Joe. Thank you!!

Mosquito Joe takes care of 6 acres, which were loaded with ticks, but after they’ve done their Magic, we have no problems at all. They’ve taken care of our place for several years now and I couldn’t get by without them.
We received a notification prior and after each treatment and never saw a mosquito all season. When you talk about getting you money's worth, this experience leads the conversation.
Great company to work with
Hit and miss service and spotty results. Some applications were extensive, some proved to be ineffective. Having watched the last “application” of about 6 or 7 minutes of minimal effort with most logical areas of my lot untouched. I called the office expressing my concerns . In return, I received odd and defensive answers to my comments. One of which suggested she would get the college kid Tech on the phone to” get his side of the story”. Always good to imply your customer is lying if your summer help doesn’t wish to self incriminate. Plenty of other companies out there so I canceled. Brookfield
Was looking into mosquito and tick services and ended up getting a flyer in the mail from this company. Decided to give them a try, with clear direction of my concern areas. The day of the appointment, the tech came out and serviced the property in 5-7 minutes. (I don’t recall the exact time but it was under 10 minutes) The time of service isn’t the main concern, as long as everything was sprayed and treated. I followed up with their office after the tech left and question the process and spray area. I was told I would get sent a copy of the service area, but they were unsure if the area was properly taken care of or not. I never received any sort of information. Also never received a reassement visit as their letter states they provide. Fast forward to today, 2-3 weeks after our service I get a notice that they are coming out again tomorrow. I assured the office that I never agreed or gave consent to add my to a monthly program. She explained that it “is in the welcome letter” She also mentioned that the tech that services my property was fired, so it’s clear they know his services were subpar, but still wanted to charge me for another visit. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been nice, however it’s a crapshoot of the kind of service and product you receive, if at all. Edit: After our conversation, you mentioned you would check his information when he returned to verify the amount of product he used. I did not hear back from you. Also, your receptionist told me today 6/19 that that employee was fired, and that you got a bunch of new employees. If the call is logged, you can confirm it there. The owner was great in my dealing with him, but the experience with the company was subpar.
