Dwayne is a true professional. He explained everything to me. He was very detailed when he inspected my property and showed me potential points of entry. He knows what he is doing and there is no up-selling like the large pest companies. He and his company have a plan to get rid of the occasional mouse we get in the laundry room. I have used this company for wasp removal and now to deal with a mouse problem. The wasp issue was resolved quickly and effectively. I just started using them for the mouse issue so I don't have direct feedback on that yet, but the employee that came out was fantastic. DeWayne was extremely personable and friendly, and took the time to explain what he was seeing and how it should get fixed. He was very professional and respectful of not just my property, but my neighbors' property as well. He made the process of dealing with mice as pleasant as it could be.

He overcomes his physical difficulties 10x better than an the usual employee. Don't know how he does it but he does it with sincerity, kindness, and non-complacency. We had a technician came out to the Fox River Waterford today, September 30, 2025. He was very nice and thorough took care of everything and he was very responsible and was very informative to my wife who handled the call and addressed all her concerns. It was really good service And a very thorough. Gotta give these guys five stars. They got five stars already on yelp that’s how I picked them in the first place and the gave a detailed repot too.

Exterminator was on time, friendly, professional and personable, answered all my questions and did a great and thorough job. Will use Midwest again next year and heartily recommend!

Service tech came out and helped me determine that there was most likely nothing in my fireplace, but that a bird was outside trying to get inthroughthr chimney. Called this place before and had a wire mesh put around chimney that helped keep critters away. Best decision ever!

Called 2 weeks after service leaving detailed voicemail that service was ineffective, no return call, had to call again later that week. Ring camera shows the very sparse and inconsistent application. Office employee lied about 30 days guarantee after service when we initially signed up for treatment. House was sprayed for box elder and exterior bugs, literally NO IMPROVEMENT. When called company, they said it’s a “6-8 week knockdown period” and that they wouldn’t stand behind it. Dishonesty, poor service, theft….if that’s what you’re looking for call Midwest Pest Control today. I, on the other hand, will be calling the Better Business Bureau.
