TitleTown Pest Pros

Very nice people and price was good BUT even after 3 treatments over 3 weeks, the wasps are still going into our wall. Trying a different company because we cannot live like this.

I first spoke with Tyler 3 days into an issue. He walked me through things I could do myself. Talked me through my fears and was very reassuring. We ended up getting the heat treatment. Tyler and the other guy with him were great. Tyler has answered every question/concern/worry and never once made me feel silly. I would highly recommend! Here’s to hoping I don’t need services again though lol

Scheduled a 6pm appointment, then they called to show up early afternoon but that didn't work with our schedule. Went back to previously agreed upon the initial evening appointment time. Then called again 3 hours later canceling completely. Apparently if they can't get done early for the day, they'll just cancel your entire appointment so they can work their schedule as they please. Will definitely recommend to anyone! Receptionist is incredibly rude. Would give zero stars if I could.

The job was done in a timely manner and the professionalism was outstanding. Josh was really nice and we spent time talking. I enjoyed that .Title Town Pest Pros cares. I will be going with them al2ays They will be my pest control people. I highly recommend them.

Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable, took his time to explain options and his thoughts on our mouse situation and was great to work with! After hiring a national pest control place to help initially, Titletown Pest Pros came in and fixed their mistakes and ended our problem for good.

Michelle was very helpful in setting up the appointment quickly! Jordan was very nice and very thorough. I hadn't even thought of checking my attic to make sure there wasn't anything up there but he did and all is well. Both were great to work with!

We have a son with special needs… Tim was very patience with him…and so understanding….When I’d called them…with any questions they were answered…Michelle set up the appointment right away…and we were on our way to a bug free summer…so nice to have people like that….I highly recommend them!

We noticed a smell coming from our vents in our family room and we were concerned that a critter had gotten in and died. Not knowing if this was in fact the source of the smell, and if so how they were getting in (or how many), I called for an estimate to have them come take a look. Tyler was great on the phone and the technicians were prompt and very friendly. They didn’t see any apparent signs of mice, but we did the set-up. However, they didn’t bring all the tools they needed to do the job (ladder, tin snips, wire mesh on first visit) and the technician didn’t know where they had put the traps to check when he came back for their 2nd visit 2 weeks later. We ended up not having any signs of mice after checking the stations and traps so I can’t speak to how effective they were. I felt frustrated that we paid to find out we didn’t have a mouse problem (and we still have the smell), but at least we have the peace of mind knowing that we don’t have mice. Tyler was great and ended up not charging me for the 2nd visit which I appreciated.
