Greenix came out to remove a large bees nest in an attic vent. Rickie removed the nest and eliminated the queen. Vent looks clear. Great job!

responded when asked to leave. For example: 1 star. I had a very negative experience with a Greenix salesperson who came to our home. He pulled into our driveway and, after we made it clear we were not interested, continued the interaction rather than simply leaving. During the conversation, he made comments about Mexican people that I found offensive and inappropriate, as well as comments that I felt were dismissive toward me as a woman and homeowner. I was also concerned by the way my questions about pollinators and the environmental impact of pest-control treatments were handled. Rather than having a respectful, informed conversation about those concerns, I felt talked down to and dismissed. I expect anyone coming onto my property to behave professionally, respect homeowners when they decline a service, and be able to discuss environmental concerns without making inappropriate comments about race, ethnicity, or gender. Based on this experience, I would not use or recommend this company.

I had a sales representative from this company knock on my door after 9 p.m. Showing up at someone’s home that late to sell something is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. It felt intrusive and made me uncomfortable.If your company does door-to-door sales, your representatives need to respect people’s privacy and only visit during reasonable hours. This left a very negative impression, and I hope it’s addressed with the sales team.

Will showed up on time,was very professional. We had a hornets nest under some siding we couldn't get to. They sprayed some powder and within a hour thet were were gone.
