I was certain I had bats in my attic, so I reached out to Ryan for an inspection. From the beginning I felt like I was being listened to and he laid out his process for me. After his inspection, I received photos and a voicemail so we could discuss. While I don’t have bats (thank goodness), I would have been more than happy to use his services. I contacted Bat Specialist of Wisconsin to help my oldest sister who lives in a log cabin she and her husband built in the woods about 30 years. Over the past few years, bats began roosting in the small space between the ceiling and the roof. I was very impressed with his knowledge about bats in general, his plan for removal, his inspection of the cabin, that he sealed every spot bats could try to get into and even got rid of wasps' nests. He was kind and understanding about my sister's age, and being recently widowed, and a super nice man. I highly recommend his services.

I would HIGHLY recommend to contact Ryan. We wished we had found him sooner. We had went through a different company for our bat issues and had a bad experience with them so we then found Ryan and he came out the next day and did a very in depth inspection on our property and found 3 major spots that needed to be sealed up and the prior company had missed. I contacted Ryan in late 2020 regarding the removal of the bats that were making their way into our home. He came out to our home, inspected the property and provided a thorough explanation including the species of bat, their hibernation pattern, and the process for removing them. Because it was winter, we had to wait for warmer weather in order to effectively remove the bats. Ryan was a great resource for us during those months in advising what to do should a bat get into our living spaces. Once spring approached, Ryan reached out to start the removal process. Ryan and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge of bats and appreciated his expertise. I hope to never work with Bat Specialist of WI again, but, if you have bats, I would HIGHLY recommend.
