Everything about working with SavATree was super easy and pleasant—they gave our big tulip poplar a nice haircut and I’d happily use all of them (Olivia, Clint, Antwan & Eddie) again!

Arborist Olivia was very professional, knowledageable, and provided a reasonable estimate to trim a large, overgrown weeping birch tree. Olivia and her crew did a good job shaping the tree, taking out dead branches and trimming the limbs away from the building.

Olivia and Clint from SavATree did a great job removing the fallen tree in our backyard. They were very prompt in addressing our need of tree removal due to storm, and their service is excellent end to end - beginning from the initial interaction to the end of wrapping up everything. And they did an amazing job of cleaning up at the end. Greatly appreciate their service !!

Olivia at SavATree was terrific. Her skillful in-person consultation was knowledgeable, detailed, professional and her proposal was prompt, easy to read, and accurate. I got four quotes. SavATree was a bit more expensive than the competitors but Olivia was the differentiator in the consultation/sales process. Before the day of service, Olivia came out a week before and put out "no parking" signs to ensure the trucks could get to work in a narrow roadway in a Seattle neighborhood. Day of service: Olivia was there with the crew team. Clint, Todd & Eddie were pleasant, skillful, had of soft touch on the surrounding grounds, and cleaned up well. I highly recommend SavATree.

Todd and Nate performed the arbovitae and cedar trimming and pruning with professionalism and customer focus. It was a very pleasant and positive experience. They also removed all the debris. Arborist & Estimator Olivia was outstanding throughout. From original estimate to getting the removal permit to being on site the day of the removal. The guys that felled the tree were friendly and efficient. Very fair and reasonable quote. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience all around. Michelle listened to my requests in the initial consultation and gave advice as to what work needed to be performed. Then she coordinated with the team so everyone was on the same page. Todd and Nate did a great job! Would definitely work with them again.

Our scheduled appointment with the arborist Matt was initially to assess our large leaning willow tree. Matt was prompt & answered several of my questions regarding other trees on our property as well. We made the decision to remove the willow, grind the trunk & remove debris. We were amazed how friendly, efficient & organized Antwan, Eddie & Clint were! They all made this agonizing experience a positive. Highly recommend!!

They couldn't have been more thorough or diligent, and they cleaned up as beautifully as they pruned and trimmed and felled. Nathan communicated every step of the way, and Todd spent a really long time sawing away high up in our birch tree, which looks way better now.

These guys removed a large tree leaning on my house after a windstorm, literally the day after. The quote was crystal clear and the workers were timely, professional and thorough. They were even able to preserve a large chunk of the fence the tree fell on as well. I would highly recommend them if you want to ensure qualified professionals are taking care of your tree's.

Highly recommended! They removed a huge cedar tree for us. I was amazed at how organized and knowledgeable they are. My neighbors were also super impressed! We all were sharing videos of the process and sharing it with each other in awe. I mostly worked with their amazing arborist, Michelle. She is super knowledgeable and caring. I should mention that I did talk to other companies and once u spoke with Michelle, I decided that SavaTree is my best option. I found their pricing to be the best estimate I received out of 3 companies I spoke to. Again, I highly recommend them!

Aborist canceled three times saying they were ill. Called office and was told would look into why a no show. Never heard back from the office personnel nor the arborist that I sent the tree pictures. Called today to ask if even on their schedule… NOT! My first call and scheduled appointment was was over a month ago. Thank you Universe for new direction and letting SaveATree go with ease.

My deck was broken by the crew on the job. It was an old deck, so I let it go. But no one informed me until I found out weeks later. I called and someone came by and told me they would get back to me on if they can do something about this. But never did follow back, even with an acknowledgement. Similarly a few weeks after service, I had a big branch fall from the same tree that was cleaned up. It made a giant hole in my deck. I'm not so sure I got my moneys worth given that I paid for this to avoid such incidents. I asked a crew to take a look since he was here for a different job, he took pics and told me I would hear back. I never did. EDIT: I see the owners response. Will see if they reach out to me and will change my review accordingly. At this point Im kind of doubtful. 2 weeks and no response...

The finished "products" don't look quite like I had hoped (still kinda big) but the crew was friendly, and checked in with me throughout. Clean up was great, couldn't have been better.

Just a rip off business. I asked them for an estimate on two dead trees. Their quote was not hundreds but thousands more than the other quotes that I got. They also asked for half of the money before the service which is ridiculous. I’ve never heard of it from any other company. I don’t know if it was because I was a woman or they are just jerks in general. Oh by the way, they will give you 2% off if you pay in full before the job. so gracious!

Unprofessional employees did not seem to know what they were doing. They were not at all following safety standards, screamed at each other for hours disturbing the entire neighborhood, and left huge chunks of the tree limb everywhere and a huge mess. These are definitely not trained licensed arborist doing the work. 👎👎👎
