Morris was great, he was super friendly and really knowledgeable - could not recommend him enough. The only thing I have is that my house was not properly priced by the sale/scheduler. This would be four stars, but Morris notice and actively worked with me to find discounts that applied to get the price closer to where it was.

Rambo Pest has been our pest service provider for a few years now. They come on schedule, have competitive prices, and do a thorough job. They’ve been very flexible whenever we need to adjust the timing or type of services. We especially love our technician Earl who is super kind and friendly, and does a great job!

Rambo is one of those companies that really doesn't need advertising or door to door sales because they will get all their business from word of mouth. They never push unnecessary services, and all three of the technicians who have been at my house over the past few years have been an incredible representation for the company. We've had quarterly pest treatment for the last few years and have had a few different technicians and every single experience has been positive, including any time I have to call to schedule. Everyone I've spoken to at Rambo are knowledgeable, empathetic, and so kind. Most recently, we've had a mud dauber wasp issue where they were making a nest in our walls and I would hear them buzzing incredibly loud in my office - needless to say it was freaking me out. Our technician Ryan came and I showed him the area with the mud dauber activity + showed him a video on the inside of our home so he could hear how loud they were inside our walls - he provided a lot of useful information about what these wasps are like, if I need to worry about anything, and how this will be treated and what to do going forward. He's always super helpful and really nice to work with and I would highly recommend him and Rambo to anyone that needs pest control. Thank you Rambo for always making us feel more safe and comfortable in our home, we appreciate all of you so much!

I appreciated Ben’s patience with my questions about how things would be implemented and what to expect. Having lived in other states and dealt with fire ants and scorpions - the routine was easy to understand; but pests like rodents and possibly squirrels or raccoons needed to be handled differently.

We so appreciate Matt and all the services he completes regularly. He is always friendly and has good intent with our dogs and cat. The do not reciprocate the attention, but he gives it his all. Today, he found wasps, last quarter he helped with a rodent that got in our garage. We love having Rambo on our side. I recommend Rambo to all acquaintances that may ask about pest control. Edgar was amazing! We had hornets/wasps in the walls, and thousands were in and out everyday. Even stung my family multiple times. Edgar came out and took the time to inspect, treat, and explain what was happening and how the treatment worked. 10 stars to Edgar.

Morris is very professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him and the Rambo team. They called me right away and asked questions that I never would have known to pay attention to for them to assess the site and condition before coming out. It helped me to be prepared such as clearing my closet to access the attic. I also appreciate the follow up after the treatment and removal of the nest. Great team and company. I appreciate how quickly Rambo was able to get someone out to address a nest of bees - Earl was able to safely find the nest in a rock wall and fully remove it! It was pretty close to a neighbor and a high traffic spot so having no angry bees there definitely makes everything safer.
