Excellent customer service! Mandy (sp?) answered all my questions and fully explained their program. NO CONTRACTS! That was a win for me! She scheduled Sam to come out and he was ON TIME, asked where the problem areas were, then went to work on it! He was done within 40 minutes. He did say that I had to 'let the ants' live and take the bait back to their nest to attack them all. He said it could take up to 2 weeks! I was cringing at letting the live for that long... THANKFULLY within 24 hours I have NOT seen ONE ant at all!!! I'll update my review in a week or so... but so far so good! Also, easy payment via an email after the service was completed. Sam, the business owner, clearly explained the rodent exclusion & eradication process during the initial inspection. He showed up on each visit on time or shortly before the scheduled arrival! He made additional follow up visits until all the rodents were eradicated and to make sure any remaining waste was removed. Easy to talk to & answers texts about any follow up questions you may need answered. Would definitely recommend!

Truly a gem of a company. After heavy rain and flooding made it tough to book anyone quickly for ant treatment, Mandy still managed to squeeze us in within two days. She was warm, friendly, and professional, and walked me through the entire process and fees with total transparency. Pricing was very fair and competitive. Unlike other companies we’ve used that rely on basic spray treatments, he used a targeted combination of bait gel and spray specific to the type of ants. Sam was very responsive in providing a quote and outlining the treatment/price and was able to come out within a few days of initial contact. He also let me know to contact him within the next couple of weeks if the infestation returned and he would come back out for additional treatment. So far, so good at a reasonable price and appreciate that I'm not tied into a contract.

Wow! When I look for any services my first question is: Do the people who work there get cared for? I don't want to support a company that treats their team members like slaves! Sam is a paragon of genuine joy in his job! Not only was he incredibly professional in the awkward interchanges between landlord and tenant, but he was more diligent than anyone who has ever looked at my strange unfinished basement. Sam has the knowledge, the skills, and the enthusiasm that I want to support. I haven't slept well in months with these...unwelcome rodent guests in my home, but I sleep like a baby now! Cleaning up leaves in the am with my leaf vacuum and discovered the hard way that I had an underground hornets nest. Ouch. Any way after a few minutes of searching found my way to Be Gone Pest. Great locally owned company, called them up. Super friendly and helpful on the phone, they were able to come out within hours to take care of the issue, which was great because I've got older neighbors and children in the neighborhood that could have experienced my pain and I didn't want that. He was there not only on time but early and took care of the problem extremely cleanly and mess free. Cannot recommend highly enough. Moving forward my only choice for my home and family.

Be Gone Pest Solutions really does want to help! We ended up using this company when no one else would treat areas more than a few feet from our front door. Sam was helpful, knowledgeable, and even with years of experience, he retains a zeal for tackling dangerous and unhealthful situations involving all kinds of critters , from hornets to rats and more. We had some major problems with stinging insects and he cheerfully intervened, all while wearing a sweaty bee suit on a hot summer day. He also advised what the season would be like for these creatures, and gave feedback answering all my kookie questions. Recommended indeed.
