From the moment I called, Rob and his team were incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about solving my problem completely. They showed up on time (actually early!), explained everything clearly without any hard sell, and got right to work. The results were immediate and impressive—no more pests in sight, and they've stayed gone thanks to their thorough treatment and follow-up. Rob even took the time to share tips on prevention specific to our Whidbey Island home, which I really appreciated. Absolute Pest Control has serviced our home for going on six years now (since we bought it). They reliably show every month, consistent in their service and always responsive when calling with questions. We recently had a rat come home in our vehicle and end up in the garage. We discovered him sitting on the engine after opening the hood because the windshield wiper fluid wasn't working- he ate through the tube of all things. They came out, rebaited some snap traps we had placed in the garage (we had already caught him the same night we discovered him), did a thorough inspection and made sure the outside bait stations were all up to par for the increase in activity. Highly recommend Absolute and their crew!

Absolute pest control has done a good job taking care of my garage during the times that I am not on Whidbey Island. The small issue that I am unhappy with is that they would not enter the garage when there was a very small amount of weeds blocking the doors. I cleared it and then they were very responsive and went inside quickly after I notified them. The best part is that they have done such a good job at keeping the mice out of my garage or dead. I have no obvious indications of mouse damage since I hired Absolute, so we are very happy with their work.

Robert was rude and obnoxious. I asked a simple question and he started arguing telling me I don't know anything and he's the expert, so be quiet and listen.

They are always available when you need them. We had a wasp nest and within an hour of my calling them they were at our home. They removed the nest and patched a hole in the vent screen. I highly recommend them for your pest control service.

We've been using Absolute Pest Control forever. Today, Cody came to our home to inspect an insect issue. He sprayed the areas, but he went one step further! While checking our bait stations he said he went further into the crawl space and found the source of our insects! It was a drain from our toilet or shower that had been saturating our insulation and there were tons and tons of insects on the insulation. Gross! But, he found the source!! I didn't even ask him to do it...he just had a gut instinct and found it! Without that information, I have no idea what or how we would have rectified our problem.
