Well. After months and months, Zach made an improvement and only Zach but now they won’t come out in a timely matter AND today tried to charge me a random $334. For what? Jamie's a nice guy though I was a little disappointed by his initial assessment of "not much we can do". That might be the nature of some situations, but not what you want to hear when you're paying $99 for an inspection. He did do an initial spray as a courtesy and recommended a treatment we could go with in the end so that was more encouraging, and they apply the inspection fee to your service charge if you proceed at least.
