Terrible front desk etiquette

Absolutely terrible experience. One of their drivers forced me off the road with reckless, aggressive driving. It was dangerous and completely unacceptable. A company that allows this kind of behavior clearly doesn’t value public safety.

Tailgated multiple cars and passed in a double yellow line. Driver is gonna end up killing someone. Guy is in a hurry.

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I've been using Advanced Pest Control for.a few years now to control rodents as well as wasps and ants. They're wonderful! No high pressure tactics, no contracts, no sales persons riding Segways, just call them when you need help! They were also able to remove an in-ground yellow jacket nest at my Dad's house in South Everett in an ASAP situation before anyone got stung. Thank you!

Wouldn't recommend this place as the drivers of their vehicles don't care/follow the road rules. Witnessed speeding in a 25, running a stop sign not signal turns. Think someone needs to go back to driving school.

Highly recommend this service for fit-to-purpose remediation, backed by extensive local field experience. Aaron gave sensible advice on how to manage the bug and critter populations in and around my house - what to watch for, how to control, and who to leave be. Appreciated his knowledge of the state code and safe treatment options. Doesn't push for a contract, a big upfront inspection fee, or try to sell treatments that are not needed. A welcome relief from these increasingly common practices of other services. Happy to support a local family-run business - will call again!

The best pest control company there is! Talk about family friendly, we have been using Advanced Pest Control for 5+ years. They are so amazing to their clients and costumers. They are professional, clean, use high quality safe material/spray, very respectful of property, and love our pets. The front office staff are so friendly and make transactions easy. They keep you up to date with sprays and communication. There’s not enough good things I can say. They have become part of the family and I love seeing Aaron when he comes to spray and catch up with him. Such a great company and even better staff! Thank you for keeping our home pest free!

Great experience with this company! They were friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and had a straightforward approach to resolving the rodent issue with my house. They advised on specific prevention measures, which I was able to hire an insulation company to fix right away. No more creepy things chewing on my crawlspace plumbing now--plus no need to have any regular rodent baits around the property, too. Highly recommended.

If you are a renter, DO NOT allow these "professionals " in your home. They will make you leave, then take ILLEGAL pictures of everything in your house for "evidence." They will lie about the condition of your home to your landlord and will deny you access to whatever pictures they took. It has been nothing but a headache. Save yourself!

Excellent service, get the job done. Honest, family owned. We all have rodents in Washington state, even you, you just don't know it yet. Hire these guys.

Prompt response, precise timing, and perfect treatment

This post is not directly from personal experience but was for the service my mother is currently experiencing. My mom called when her cat brought in a adolescent roof rat and let it loose in her house. She purchased several traps and used many different baits with no luck for months. She called pest control and had them come out and maybe my expectations were a little higher than normal but setting out more traps despite being notified that the traps weren't working for the past few months was a little disappointing. On top of that, they would charge $75 a visit to come check on the traps that already weren't working and this went on for at least a month and half. I heard the second guy that came out was thorough as he check her couch and restapled the fabric that this rat chewed out and along the walls in the house. I live in Spokane, so we weren't able to come over until this past weekend and when we got there it was absolutely horrible, there was rat poop everywhere, her couches got soaked in piss and had mounds of poop in it. So we went on a literal rat hunt and caught him and found where he was hanging out during the day (behind dish washer.) I know my mother had some reservations about using some of the bait because she didn't want her cat to eat it and we did find some of that bait drug out from two of the traps and out at least two feet away from it but the rat was alive and huge and well still. I know I read roof rats can take a couple doses of eating the poison before killing it so I'm chalking it up to that.
