I am a very happy repeat customer, third property now with pest protection! First started pest (ants) service in 2020 after repeated attempts with OTC product failures. Ants had a run up the porch and under the front door. Within a short time, ants were coming out of the floor heating vent; it was GROSS! First service the ants were under control, so I’ve chosen to have an annual contract for continued maintenance. When our rental home also became infested with ants we knew who to call!! There

UPDATE: Fabiola and Mia came to the house yesterday. They were terrific! They made sure to reach all under-eave locations and perimeter of the house. I talked to Fabiola about another crawl space and attic inspection (she did one a couple years ago) and she was eager to make arrangements for that in a month or so, which is what I wanted. Fabiola is extremely knowledgeable about all the potential pests in our area. She is friendly and very professional. 5 stars for both Fabiola and Mia! I have

Cancellation ignored, extremely concerning business practices I have made multiple attempts over several months to cancel this service by phone, which is the only communication method this company provides for cancellations. Each time I was told the service would be canceled, yet appointments continue to be scheduled anyway. I also explicitly requested written confirmation of cancellation and never received it. This pattern of ignoring cancellation requests while continuing to schedule service
