The technician, Mike, explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He treated all of the accessible areas where we indicated we had spotted the carpenter ants, as well as locations that he said were typical locations they hide, even though we had not seen them there. Very thorough.

I called AARD because my other routine service pest control companies could not quickly respond regarding a rodent problem at the property which was reported to me by the tenants. AARD was very friendly, informative and communicative right off the bat and they were able to come out the next day and evaluate the problem. As a home owner in U Place for over 30 years, I have had many needs for service inspections. Today I was scheduled with AARD Pest Control and Cheyne Allen Technician. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and went right to work. In a very short time he went under my house and back to my door with his report. We had an ant problem for over 2 years. During that time we went with a couple different subscription pest control companies but the ants never left, they would just move to a different part of our home. It was driving me crazy. I am so glad I found Aard and their technician Cheyne. He was so knowledgable and was able to get rid of the ants and we've been bug free since. Jordan the ants have really been something this last 2 years with warmer weather during winter they are just not going away. We are so happy we were able to get rid of your ants, our techs will go out of the way to try different things to rid them for customers.
Very nice helpful receptionist were able to get me on my way very quickly. If you are in the position that I was in and don’t have the key to your bait station. Stopping by here is an easy way to get one for free. They have lots in there more than willing to give you one.

"We Can Seal Up Your Home", but they won't. AARD is not result oriented. Their technician came out, "found" (we told them where we've seen mice) possible entry point outside the house. They never found where entry points from inside the crawlspace are, those at least would've been more realistic to seal up as opposed to "entire patio area". They also gave strange advice like "put steel mesh into the dirt under the patio", as if rats can't dig a hole right by the old one. They never checked the attic. They also put traps and promise to come back in two weeks (to see what?). That's all you get for $403.69. The impact on the rodent problem? None. You're at the same spot you've been before spending four hundred bucks. When I called back the first time they agree to not change us for the service. The next day a lady called back and didn't stop talking until we agreed to pay for their 120 inspection plan. Apparently rats are "force of nature" that can't be stopped and the technician did all they could.

I’m sorry you were not satisfied with our service, but as the technician noted, you have issues with the homes foundation that are beyond the scope of our company to repair. Our technician was trying to trap and remove the existing rodents population in your crawlspace, though without blocking the entry points, I understand that wasn’t an acceptable solution for you. This is why we dropped the price to an inspection fee of just $120. Our Technician was at your home twice, and spent well over an hour inspecting your problem. I’m sorry that I have to disagree with you that our technician's time, training and expertise should be given to you for free.
We were disappointed with this service. The representative did a rather cursory inspection and sprayed areas, but we saw no change. When calling we were told to wait longer to see results, but after several weeks we called another company which did extensive work in the crawl space, took pictures of entry points, etc. Our problem was mitigated pretty quickly with that company's work. I reluctantly paid AARD's $396 bill for basically no work and no results, and explained our disappointment. AARD did not respond to my concerns.

Absolutley disgusting! My husband and I were walking in Edmonds, along the Sound, Brackett Park...and saw one of AARD employees pouring a bucket of pesticides behind the bathroom building. This was within a hundred yards of a sensitive eco system. Pesticide runn off to the water would kill marine life and birds. Why was your company dumping pesticides so close to the water?

This is a very serious and disturbing accusation you are making. And I find it incredible difficult to believe. All our technicians are well trained and well versed on proper usage, disposal, and what to do in case of spills. <br>You left this review on a Sunday and it’s been quite awhile since we had a truck at that park. We have 24/7 tracking on all our vehicles so it’s very easy for me to look and see exactly who was there and when. I would very much appreciate if you could tell me the time and day as well as any other details about what you believe you saw.<br>The city of Edmond does employ my company to do rodent work at this park. There are no pesticides that my company uses when doing a rodent service. We are also limited in the types of traps and bait stations and repellents we can use in public places such as this.<br>The technician that last serviced this site is one of my most dependable, safety conscience technicians. I spoke with this technician and was assured that there was absolutely no pesticides or liquids of any kind used during this service. The technician is also very upset about this accusation, and we would both like to speak with you about what you believe you saw. Watch out for this company. They charged me for the first huge treatment, then did one more treatment and then sent me a notification that they would not cover my area anymore. So now I have to find another pest service and lay out that huge first treatment amount again. So, in all I will have paid close to $1,000 for pest treatment because of this inconsiderate company. And I will report this to the BBB.

Hello Dee, we understand the frustration. On our end, we charged you only for the initial (365$ + tax) and 1 quarterly treatment (145$ + tax no contract). At the time that we took on your service, we had a technician in that area full time. Unfortunately, he had to leave the company to deal with an ailing family member. We do not, at this time have the staffing to cover Gold Bar and other far out areas. I'm sorry that you feel like we were inconsiderate, however, we did the service as stated. This was very much out of our control and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff, ready with answers. The tech walked me all over our commercial property to show me bait locations and explained the processes.
Pros--they helped resolve our mouse issues and the tech was kind and professional. Cons--- I was told the problem was resolved and follow up was not needed. We paid our bill and said goodbye. Later, I found out that I was charged for another visit (over one hundred dollars) and I felt cheated. We talked about this and our business was over, why did I get charged? I called the AARD company and was not given an apology or explanation. It's all about trust. I can't recommend a company I that has lost it.
The service of their secretaries is really shocking. Not really nice. I wanted to use their services for a few big jobs and the girl who spoke to me was really rude, do not use this business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
