I am a very happy repeat customer, third property now with pest protection! First started pest (ants) service in 2020 after repeated attempts with OTC product failures. Ants had a run up the porch and under the front door. Within a short time, ants were coming out of the floor heating vent; it was GROSS! First service the ants were under control, so I’ve chosen to have an annual contract for continued maintenance. When our rental home also became infested with ants we knew who to call!! There

UPDATE: Fabiola and Mia came to the house yesterday. They were terrific! They made sure to reach all under-eave locations and perimeter of the house. I talked to Fabiola about another crawl space and attic inspection (she did one a couple years ago) and she was eager to make arrangements for that in a month or so, which is what I wanted. We had hornets that had gone under flashing by chimney and worked there way into attic, could hear them up there. Christian came out on-time/ same day service and sprayed them in the air coming and going from flashing area, within 24 hours no noise in attic and 48 hours later not seeing any hornets. I will give it a few more days and see, I want to clean my chimney out. There 60 day warranty also gives peace of mind that it's taken care, also the price I was qouted is what I Paid. Thanks Jeff
