Christofer Tucker always is professional and fast. We have used other companies for fertilizer and weed control, there results pail in comparison to to Christopher. I highly recommend him.

Unfortunately Chris did not replace the carabiner on our gate latch when he left. I found it in our neighbors' yard.

Was told services would be scheduled for the next week. Now two weeks later and haven’t even reached out to or contacted at all.

After requesting services for wasps, and being told someone would come within a week, my mom called repeatedly for a month because no one ever came. LOUSY no-customer-service. Would NEVER recommend

Signed up for the tree and shrub service. I was told that someone would be out within the week for the first treatment. Waited 2 weeks, they never showed up. Called left messages, no returned calls. Finally called to cancel service and was told that I had been scheduled for the prior day, and they were not sure why nobody showed up. Crappy service, they just take your credit card info and bill you monthly for a service they don't intend to do. SCAM COMPANY!

Andrew is good trying to communicate with me that im deaf . He's doing real quick spraying fast and doing a good job, but he missed spots in the area. But try to go slow down so that doesn't miss the spots area.

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with (at least the clarkston branch). The worst customer service ever. I had had my fill of them lying to me, not showing up, and not preforming the prepaid for services. I have paid this company well over a thousand dollars for the worst service ever over the course of about 3 years. I ended up canceling all services, and a random technician showed up 2 days later unannounced even when they know I have a dog (he's a cute cuddly weiner dog that's never hurt anyone) that needs to be put inside during services. I told him I didn't want anything more to do with Senske and I had already canceled all services and told him to go away, he got out of his truck long enough for me to tell him that, he did not preform any service, he got right back in his truck and drove away. Later that week and the next week I got 2 separate emails asking me to rate his service and a month and a half later they sent me a bill for $72 for service that was never wanted and not performed and canceled befor the guy even showed up to my house. There is much much more crap they have pulled over the 3 years, but that's enough. My opinion is there is 10 to probably 30 other lawn care providers in the lewis Clark Valley....

Struggling to get answers from this service. It started out good last Fall, and we saw good results. But this Spring I noticed some bare spots right in the middle of my yard. I have called twice and also spoke to the tech during his last visit. Still waiting for answers 5 weeks later. Very poor follow up. Starting to question this service.

After rescheduling 3 or 4 times in the last month he was at our house for maybe 10 minutes. He didn’t spray around the shop or the tree by the deck.

Never called back.

Didn't call before they treated area. Don't know if they treated the area right.
