This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with (at least the clarkston branch). The worst customer service ever. I had had my fill of them lying to me, not showing up, and not preforming the prepaid for services. I have paid this company well over a thousand dollars for the worst service ever over the course of about 3 years. I ended up canceling all services, and a random technician showed up 2 days later unannounced even when they know I have a dog (he's a cute cuddly weiner dog
