Living Waters Lawn & Landscape

Ripped the phone line off the back of my house when moving my trampoline and left without saying anything. I had to call them to get them to come back and fix it. I then received a phone call from the owner scolding me for being pissed off. You didn't "make it right" Mike. You did the bare minimum not to get sued.

I called these people 5 years ago to get a quote. The woman who answered my call, told me she would have someone reach back out to me. Again, that was 5 years ago. I guess these losers don't care about public reviews and word of mouth. I say as a collective public, we should spread the word to businesses, and maybe reach out to other professionals to see if they can undercut their business without hurting their own, and cause Living Waters to fold. These people are the worst in the lawn care service for the LC Valley.

DO NOT work with these jokes!!! Terrible customer service and work ethic. Also clearly not well versed in plant care. Spent an hour last night listening to my 85yr old neighbor in tears tell me all of degrading things the owner himself told her when she called to question their work as it was not what she had asked for. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a local business and management. Would have rather called them and discussed their work and treatment of customers instead of leaving this review but can you imagine they don't answer their phone or return calls in a timely manner. Definitely save yourself the hassle and go through someone else!!

Installed clearly defective 2-wire. Jason said it wasn't his fault and had no recourse to make it right. They usually can't handle bigger jobs without being babysat.

I was very happy with the quick response and ability to get our sprinklers winterized in a timely manner. They were very professional when they arrived and very thorough. Looking forward to using them again next year!

Today Daniel and Isaiah went out of there way to help my wife and I unload our truck....that was so heartfelt and helpful. Have done business with them before and they are Great...Thank You both SO MUCH!!!!!

The grass is mowed at a setting that is too high. In 2 days, you can’t tell it’s been mowed. I have complained but it does no good.The edges along fence lines are not trimmed professionally..tall grass shows between boards. I have complained but it does no good. Pruner does an excellent job of pruning and shaping perennials, but doesn’t understand not to prune off flowering plants when in full bloom….he pruned all the buds and blooms off Rose of Sharon shrub that we have waited all year to enjoy.It will not bloom again. I am complaining again! I have to call and pay my own sprinkler maintenance company because Living Waters will not respond quickly (and water is being wasted). I don’t complain about this…just quit calling them.

These guys raked leaves from the neighbors yard into mine. What a bunch of blankety blanks if you know what im trying to say. Very unprofessional.

I requested SHRUBS to be trimmed and WOW! A fabulous job the crew did. I was elated with JOY. I DEFINITELY will be recommending LIVING Waters Lawn, to anyone that's looking for lawn care.

The gal in the office that helped me has a great attitude and very knowledgable and helpful.The guy that loaded the sod was great too.
