I had to reach out to a gentleman by the name of Mac to get further info about the plumbing work. Apparently the technician left without doing the work because could not reach out to me. When I asked about the price of this simple job ( running water in toilet) he indicated it’s $500 and he also charged me 86.95 invoice. I told him the price of the job is way high and I did not approve of the charge. He did not want to hear and simply said you can go somewhere else! I am a 20 years client with C

Do not use these unprofessional criminals. Sales is their business not professional service. They put a water pressure valve on my main after consultation for another plumbing concern. They installed but did not check the pressure . Two plumbers said the pressure is too low. I called about the concern before the warranty expired. CroppMetcalfe never came out to adjust the pressure which is now too low. Now they want to come out and charge a service fee plus a fee to adjust the pressure.

While the technician was polite and professional, I have to say that I was completely shocked at the estimated cost to repair a broken drain pipe in my bathroom. Not only was the cost excessive, he told me he would have to cut into the drywall on the outside of the bathroom to fix the pipe. I got a second opinion immediately after, and the cost was 1/4 of what I was quoted from CroppMetcalfe. Also, the plumber was able to fix it through the existing hole, without causing further damage to a w
