I am very impressed with the knowledge and details Daniell my service tech had. She took the time to listen to my problems and time for me to show her. She understood my concerns and not just another job to do. Very friendly. I have already seen multiple spiders dead in 24 hours she was here. Very pleased with my termite bait station service inspection today. Technician Mike had me walk every station outside the home today and explained everything to me. Very professional and courteous technician I've had since 2019. GREAT JOB AMERICAN PEST. You should be honored to have a technician like this working for you!

Today 6/5/26 I had my American pest service for tick and mosquito and Austin was my technician. I will always recommend him best as he always provides any questions I may have and exceptional answers I need. He always goes above and beyond and does a really thorough job with my front and back yard since I live on water. 10/10 for Austin, always! Last month I had a technician named Jake and he was absolutely wonderful as well 10/10 for Jake too. Both technicians Austin and Jake are very good with the services I have with American pest and they always provide me the information I need for health and safety reasons for my family when it comes to them doing the services on my property! They really take their time in the allocated time they need to do the services I have tick/mosquito and also all pest control services living in a very woodsy area on water.

American Pest is phenomenal, Austin Hathaway is our technician and I would never want anyone but him. He is always on time, goes above and beyond and he is such a great person. I am not sure what we would do if he ever left American Pest!!

A few days ago, I contacted American Pest Control for a price. It was too high for me so i immediately said so to the representative. Apparently, your phone number is used to text for outreach for "how did you like customer service". So I promptly added a "STOP". So wouldn't you know it, today I received a call from a "Rachel" asking if I was interested. LOL. I told this person, I did not appreciate American Pest putting me on a spam call list and reiterated to delete my phone (as i stated in my original text a few day ago) I WAS SIMPLY NOT INTERESTED. She completely ignored my request and continued to ask if I was still interested. No apologies, nothing.This is a predatory tactic /ploy so folks, be aware!! I would not be writing this review had it not been for the phone call today (May 14th 2026).

Adrian Martinez was my American Pest inspector today and I could not have had a better person come to my home. He's friendly and was very thorough checking out my home. He spotted a wasp nest in a light fixture next to my kitchen door and removed it. He also found 2 more nests around my home and removed them. I'm allergic to bee stings so I greatly appreciated him doing this to prevent a possible health issue in the future. I have lived here over 50 years and have had many home inspections but have never had an inspector go the "extra" mile before as Adrian did. He's thoughtful and a good representative for American Pest and I will ask for him every future inspection!
