I had a whole mess of yellow jackets busy building a nest in our roof. I was killing 5-15 a day inside the house. So on a friend's recommendation I called Sprouse's. The friendly lady managing the office got back to me quickly, and having someone in the area I was greeted by Kris in about 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional. Told me how he was gonna take em out and what he was gonna use and how it worked. The price and if they show back up in 30 days they would come back and hit em again at no cost to me. So far, no yellow jackets. Outstanding. Im probably gonna call these folks for any pest control needs in the future.

They did treatment on our home for termites. When we found more termites near the home they refused to come out to take care of it. I would not recommend this company. Edit 07/01/2025: I definitely don't have this company confused with anyone else. My home was serviced as part of the process of purchasing it.

BEWARE!! The drivers for Sprouse’s are unsafe. They will happily tailgate and illegally pass you while in the company van. For any management of this company reading, if I were you I would advise your employees to follow the rules of the road. Had I been able to catch the license plate number this incident would have been reported to police. Terrible look for a local company.

Ive been having mouse trouble since november and I was done trying to it on my own. I call Sprouse and was immidiately given a call back back the tech to explain what i would need Then he came out a week later our technician, Aaron, came out to get rid the mice. He was professional and knowledgeable! Thanks again!

Great staff and boy are they serious about their jobs! If you want to protect your home, these are your people.
