He setup traps and did a very thorough job. He also gave me prevention advice for all sorts of pest/insect problems, he let me know how to protect my dog from the traps if she were to get into them, and he promptly scheduled a 2 week follow up. 10/10 would recommend again. Zachary was amazing today. He knocked down a wasp nest and sprayed the area. He explained which plants they are using to pollinate, so we know what we need to get rid of. We highly recommend pest now.

The Pest Now team has been great to work with. When I purchased my home, they had a termite warranty set up with the prior owner. My inspector found evidence of termites and they came out and treated the home free of charge and honored the warranty of the prior owner. After that, I signed up with them. They definitely earned my business. Their team is very fast to respond and schedule visits, making the process to get my home treated effortless. The guys who come out and treat the home are always great to work with, very professional and trustworthy. Trey, in particular, has come out to my house a few times now. He’s really personable and always points out helpful things for me to help keep the pests at bay. I really appreciate his consistency, eagerness to get the job done and communication. He’s a great member of their awesome team. Their service is affordable and it definitely works. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Unethical!! Don't use this company. They scam on their inspection reports to make money during home purchases. They use verbiage in their reports for lenders to force a professional treatment where it's not needed. They will claim they are following Virginia State rules expecting you to take them at their word. But in fact, if you look up the rules (which they don't expect you to do), they are not actually following the guidelines. They are just padding reports to line their pockets and they figure that during the throes of a ton of paperwork for home purchases no one will question what's really happening. Response to Jeff: "should recommend treatment" -- should and may are pretty much the same word. It doesn't say must" or "are required to". You can clarify that this doesn't have to be a professional treatment. Homeowners can conduct this treatment themselves. I did call your office and got a very unprofessional response and not one bit of willingness to help. Homeowners shouldn't have to pay for this and if you don't clarify in your recommendations then lenders have no choice but to require a homeowner to fork out the $300. That's why you charge such a low price for inspections because you're going to get them on the back end.

PestNow conducted a termite inspection on our address prior to the purchase of our new home. Unfortunately the inspector did not detect multiple termite sites on our exterior; which another company was quickly able to identify. This is extremely unfortunate because our mortgage was conditional on a negative wood destroying insect inspection. We decided to let another company treat the termites given PestNows inspectors lack of expertise and awareness.

Treatment and pricing was fine until a few months in. I paid for quarterly indoor treatment and no one came for the indoor treatment. Upon my follow up, they would not refund me for the service that wasn't done. Untrustworthy if you have a contract and you aren't triple checking they're actually servicing your home.

Someone from this company did my initial home inspection and vapor barrier (done super well) a few years ago. I got a conflicting report from the last inspector compared to another company and some previous statements from Pest Now. (They told me there was previous termite damage in a place they’ve previously stated was beetle damage and definitely not termites). Got a ball park on sentricon, the actual estimate came back with less linear feet than I gave for the ballpark, but 300% more). Overall, I’ve had some really good work done in the past, but I have lost trust recently and am unsure if I’ll continue business relationship in the future, which is a shame because I really enjoyed and trusted the guy who did the initial termite inspection and vapor barrier (he was not available to come out for this last inspection/estimate).
