Dugwell Pest Control

Have used Dugwell for years, but last 2 years have had problems. They tried to charge us extra $ 50 for services more than a month after services were performed & paid for in full. Were told charges were raised long after we paid what they invoiced for. Have had scheduled services canceled or just no one shows up. We're told that someone would come this morning at 8am. It is now 11:10 and no one has showed up & no calls explaining why. This seems to be a pattern with them lately. Is a shame because we have bragged & praised them in the past. Would suggest maybe finding a better Co unless you like waiting or being told services will be preformed but no one shows

They come to my building monthly. Very friendly. Got rid of bugs we had. Keeping them away also. Never have had a problem.

I don't like to leave a bad review for a local company but here's what happened: We signed up for quarterly treatments. First one went great then after four months - nothing. We had to call and they said the tech left. That's fine but why wasn't someone else assigned? They were booked for another month. So at month five of our quarterly treatments they call to cancel on the day of and said we'd have to call to reschedule for a third time. We've tried everything to do business with them but they just don't want it so we're giving up and calling someone else.

These people are easy to work with and a very good price.

When I called due to an ant infestation, they were booked a few weeks out. But the receptionist put me on the waitlist and I was able to get somebody out to treat within a week. The technician was very polite, and my ant problem is resolved.

I called dugwell after a few months of living in our new house, because of a bee problem we had on our front & back porch. The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and scheduled me within 2 days! The guy arrived 20 minutes early and we have had no more issues with the bees since then. Highly recommend!

We live in a log house, and every Spring the ‘wood bees’ come out and drill holes and lay their eggs in the wood… we have used the Dugwell business for many years as a preventative. When we call the Dugwell folks, they’re always prompt, courteous, and do a fabulous job! we’re ALWAYS very pleased with their work. 5 well deserved stars!

I called Dugwell after a neighbor recommended them. I heard some scratching in my ceiling and suspected unwelcome visitors. I was put on their schedule and asked to be placed on their cancelation list. I received a call from Jesse within a few hours, and he arrived shortly after, much to my relief. After he took a look in my rafters, he diagnosed mice as my problem. He placed poison bait at my request. He also identified where they were gaining entry to the house. He stuffed iron wool into the small opening in the garage. I caulked the outside opening around the hvac connection the following morning. I've retrieved one dead mouse so far. No more noises in the ceiling. Reasonably priced. There is no pressure to sign an expensive contract. Professional service. I recommend this business. Hopefully, the mouse problem is fixed. But I know who to call if I ever have another problem in the future. Thank you, Dugwell and Jesse!

Knew of this company for a long time-Excellent customer service and excellent work.

They are great every time they come they are kind, do the job, and are honest with fair prices. We will continue using them for all our pest control needs. We only pay $95, without contract, to have in and out spray (price based on home size).

We got bedbugs from the apartment we moved into, this company is the landlords "goto" exterminator for some reason and in his words that he wrote "There were bedbugs everywhere, in and under the dressers, in the mattress and under everything." Which is funny because he never did an inspection, he came in and sprayed our mattress and left, he then charged us $400 for this terrible service. This company is also my landlords general pest control so he comes once a month to spray the apartments but he walks in spraying once or twice, not in each room, in total and then leaves, being in the apartment for a grand total of 30 seconds. I wouldnt reccomend this company if it was the last place on earth, better by just going to lowes and grabbing random things off the shelf in the pest control area since it seems like what this company does.

Great service reasonable price

Called and got service same day. (Update after having someone in the business for 40 years come out and check for bug issues. They said no issues at all. Called up orkin. And they found where and how the bugs were coming in. I wasted 105 dollars on dugwell just to not even check properly. Get the professional people out. Wish I had a refund)

We used Dugwell last year and were extremely pleased. Need to schedule a visit this season but no one will return my calls despite leaving numerous messages. I hope they are just on vacation?

Very rude. Threatened to spray my dog.said my blanket looked like it's never been washed Hello that was the dogs comforter that is stained that's why it's the dogs comforter......

There is no notice when they come and they just walk in my house.

Horrible services .Thus older gentleman is too nosey. Searching dressers and cabinets. Spraying where he shouldnt spray. Leaving large puddles in the floor. Very rude

Always over sprays leaving puddles in my floor. Knocks twices then opens the door. Dont get caught in the shower. Christmas presents for others stacked in the floor got soaked with spray an ruined.
