They have very bad service once they come for pest control service they say you are not prepared and and they charge very much in my house there is no problems but they always want to check

This is the most laziest and unprofessional place you could ever have do work at your home. They tell you to do xyz and when you don’t do w they complain and say you’re not ready. Keep in mind they don’t tell you to do w they just expect you to know. What a waste of time and money. Just purely unprofessional.

Impossible to get a hold of. They provided two phone numbers, both of which don't work, and one email address which was full and unable to accept emails. Additionally the work they did was inaccurate, I asked them to spray the exterior of my apartment, and they did the inside. Unfortunately my apartment complex uses them so I have no say, but I'd rather hire someone else out of my own pocket.

If you google the worst business of all time in America it would be this “company” As of 2023 PLEASE STAY AWAY . Spend the $ for Orkin

Unprofessional and ineffective. They want to bomb your unit trying actually effectively remove the problem. They don’t care about providing safe things like SDS, nor do they try to work with you to create a safe plan. They were going to bomb my unit and upon reading more about the chemicals and directions, I was appalled this company didn’t even give me the most simple direction to keep safe. They did a sloppy spray job once to “solve” the issue. I cannot wait until I do not have to see these people again. They are also not good with animals. If you have pets/children/care about your own safety I would stay far away.

I want to start by saying I did not personally use this business myself but did come in contact with the poor customer service that they have. As I was babysitting for a local family, a termite technician came to inspect their house as the family was leaving. I ensured the family that all was well and I did not mind staying while they inspected the house. However, the family had a dog that did not seem to like the termite technician. I told the tech that I was not familiar with this dog and it probably wasn’t the best idea by the way he was acting. I contacted the family and as I was waiting for them to return to help with the situation, the technician came back to the door with another man and began to beat on the door insisting I let them in to do the inspection (also not knowing that knocking on the door like that was a trigger for the dog). Through the door and over the loud barking of the dog, I told these technicians that I did not feel comfortable opening the door with how the dog was acting— he literally already nipped at one of the techs and would most likely attack them if I were to open the door. They continued to yell at me through the door “The family said the babysitter was here and it was fine!!” I reiterated that I was not opening the door of a home I did not own for a dog that I also did not own to attack one of the technicians. He continued to yell at me through the door that he was going to charge ME $50 since I would not let him in. I am a young female who was babysitting for a family I have never babysat for having two grown MALE TERMITE TECHNICIANS yell at me for not wanting them to get attacked. I do not recommend this place simply because the customer service of a company can tell you a lot about their morals and values. Sadly, these people are clearly only in it for the money and nothing more. I can’t imagine how careless their work must be, as well. Highly recommend Orkin pest control for any future services and definitely over this company!
