We started service with them last year to help deal with the spotted lantern flies. There are much less of those this year but whenever I see a few I just send a text to Environmental Pest Control and they have the tech come out usually within 3-4 days to spray again. We’ve had the same tech come out every time, Dwayne, and he’s super friendly and helpful. We’ve also had him spray for ants, spiders, and other bugs and noticed an improvement afterward. Environmental Pest Control is a total waste of time and money. They rarely showed up when they said would and after a few appointments in a row, including "make ups" for missed appointments, I got rid of these folks. I'm not talking about missing a 2 hour window by minutes or hours. They simply didn't show up the entire day. I took time off work to be home to let them in and they never called, never showed up. When I called, the person on the phone was friendly and rescheduled... But not showing

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this is our last recourse. On late February 2023, I contacted Environmental Pest Control due to wildlife activity inside the left wall of my house. After an initial inspection, the inspector determined that there was a bird's nest in one of my vents which was likely causing all the activity, and suggested removing it.
