Oh my gosh, I will never use any other business for pest control! I'm so glad I called! I noticed today, on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, that we had tons of yellow jackets going in and out of the side of our house. One company told me they couldn't come out until 5 days from now. Thankfully, Storm responded to my call to Ashcraft and was out at my house within the hour. He inspected it, confirmed they were yellow jackets, thoroughly sprayed the area, and said if for whatever reason it doesn't fully take care of it, they'll come back out next week and spray it again at no charge. AND it was half the cost of what the other company quoted me over the phone. Storm totally saved our butt before this holiday weekend! We appreciate everything and will definitely be calling them again for any pest control needs, as well as singing their praises!

Been 1 week since spraying and spiders are still just as bad as they were before spraying...180 bucks for nothing...

Very positive interaction with Mr. Ashcraft. Very responsive to my request and in performing required work. Pricing was better than the other vendor too. Perhaps most of all he is a USMC veteran.

John and Tammy and their staff are great. We've been with them for close to 20 years and couldn't be more satisfied. We first called them to deal with a truly horrible ant problem. We felt like we must have built the house on a gigantic ant hill--ants were everywhere! John and Tammy's service fixed the problem very quickly, and we've stayed with them ever since. I don't even remember the last time we saw an ant! Later on we developed a mice problem. Again, that was fixed quickly and we've had no recurrence. Knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy. My wife and I wouldn't even think about using a different company.

I wish I could rate them with more than 5 stars! My family has lived in a lot of different places, but none quiet as "buggy" as Central Virginia. With the sight of the very first critter in my house, I contact Tammy immediately. She came out the very next day, did a thorough evaluation, both inside and outside, gave me some helpful tips, and set up an amazing plan to provide pest control service. All throughout each year since 2018 our home and buildings have been protected by John, Tammy and Samantha and against all the varmints and insects that are so prevalent here in Central Virginia. They have provided pest service to us for years. They are effective, prompt, and affordable. And beyond just treatments, they will answer questions, promptly and in depth (but in language you can understand). And above and beyond treatments, their highly observant eyes will advise you of issues you may not have noticed, like leaking hot water heaters in the crawlspace or degrading timbers under your deck. Highly recommended.
