I have been in contract with this company for years and they used to be good to deal with. Every year I could expect a home inspection sometime around March. In 2021 they did not inspect my house at all even though I tried to schedule one. Then I called in March 2022 and I was told a technician would contact me but still no response. The lady I spoke with said PCP normally doesn't provide annual inspections? Since when? If that's the case then why pay an annual fee of $106 per year for a t

Had my house sprayed and they guaranteed that they would get rid of the bugs but it did not, called them back and let them know when they came back out I guess they were upset by having to come out again because they even my wood furniture and it took the varnish right off. Tried to call and talk to them about it and Pete was very rude and said we will take it to court. Very unprofessional!
