We had Universal come out for a second quote after a different company quoted us $1850 for a termite treatment. Josh was very professional and after 5 minutes was able to identify that it was in fact ANTS not TERMITES. So grateful for their honesty and knowledge.

Kudos to Universal Exterminating! We haved never had such professional, thorough, expedient, affordable, and satisfying service, and we have had two of the top well-known exterminators in the past. Universal has highly skilled technicians who are well educated in entomology. When we have had challenges with ants or other insects, even mice, and problems occur inbetween quarterly treatments($95 per quarter), Universal is quick to come to our home to problem-solve and expertly, thoroughly treat. Ian, on of their technicians, re-treated our home for ants indoors, outdoors, around trees and did an amazing. He even treated our attic and the soffit under the outdoor guttersaff; because we are quarterly customers, there was no additional charge. If you are looking for an exterminator, look no further. Josh my technician was very thorough, knowledgable, and honest. He inspected the whole house inside, out, and under. No attempts to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. And the front office was quick to respond to my email and set up an appointment just a fees days later! Highly recommend.

A trial makes a customer! Called them to help with mice getting too cozy in our garage. The initial phone contact was very informative and helpful and our service visit was outstanding. I didn't expect to make a new friend, but Reese was helpful, friendly, and courteous beyond belief. The added value of inspecting under the house and all along the walls made this an outstanding service. I am confident that we've gotten a great service and we'll continue to do business with them for ongoing preventive maintenance.

Been a customer here for years, (I'm thinking 20) got a past due bill in the mail today. For a bill that should have been paid in June. WHAT?? I'm never late with payments, ever.. I never got this bill. So I called. I was told that yes I was serviced in June for both termite and my regular service. And they show the termite payment paid right away. (As soon as I got the bill) So i asked"I never got a Bill, did you send out a reminder?" Nope. And now I was 4 months past due, Then I asked "I had also not seen anyone come this month and havent gotten a bill for this quarter"...he said we have a hold on you because you are past due WHAT never got an invoice in the mail, no notice that i was 30/60/90 days past due. It get to 120days ,AND they stopped my service because I was late ONCE in 20 years? Thanks, if this is how you treat a regular paying customer. I appreciate your service in the past but you have lost me as a customer. Check is in the mail!
