Josh and the team at national exterminators do a phenomenal job. We have used them for many different pest issues the last couple years, and each time they have successfully eradicated any issue we have had, or simply provided preventative maintenance. They are reasonably priced, prompt, attentive to detail, and took the time to listen to all concerns I had. More than all of these things, they are HONEST folks who will treat you right in every way! We found them when we moved to the area in 2023 and we will always use them for any pest control needs we have from here on out.
Mike came out to my house. He is a great exterminator. Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. 10/10!

I had yellow jackets nesting in an exterior wall and they got rid of them in short order. Kudos to Josh and his team. Reasonably priced, prompt and efficient.
We have used them before and they done a amazing job. This time however they did not. I am so disappointed. We had ants, and wanted to spray for fleas, because we have 2 dogs that are treated regularly. But this time costed us more than last time and the ants seem to be worse 3 days after they came. Apparently I wasted that 100$. Very disappointed. My informed me of your response. And we are now 2 months since the appointment with no sign of the ants getting better. Not sure why I would pay you to keep coming when the visit did absolutely nothing. I am truly sorry that I said 100 when it was 95. For someone to pull in and be gone within 12 minutes unloading doing the job and being gone. We have the camera footage to show. We were told that we would need to leave and the technician was done before my wife could get the kids in the car. If you really want to know the whole story. I was being not to put it all out there but there it is. So no I will not sign up for a regular service if I don't see any results. Not sure what has changed. Because apparently something has if it's been 2 years since I had this problem and you fixed it before. But it's OK I will seek service elsewhere for this problem.

Mr. McPeak, I am so sorry ,but 3 days simply does not give enough time to determine whether a treatment worked for an ant infestation. We use top quality non-repellent pesticides and baits and they are designed to be more slow acting so that the product will be transferred throughout the colony before an immediate kill. I always suggest that our customers give it at least 2 weeks, especially they are not on a routine treatment schedule. I am showing that the last time we had come out prior to this was 2021. However, no worries, you certainly did not waste your $95, you may give us a call after 2 weeks if things are not improving and we will gladly send a technician back. We will also be happy to speak with you about setting you up on a more routine treatment plan which will help prevent infestations which is very important. We wish you would have given us a call about this and hope your will reexamine this assessment of us as we certainly do everything we can to take care of our customers and their concerns. Thank you!

Great attitude and service when on the phone. The issues is....this is the 2nd time they said they would call me back to discuss services. I never hear back from them. Hoping i can find another service company in the area. *****Update, I appreciate the owner responding to my review. I'm very sorry I didn't get back to you, Mr. Sherman. We try to always answer instead of letting our calls go to voice-mail as has become the norm for many businesses. However, I failed to call you back as promised and I'm very sorry about that.
Thorough and complete, and the employees are so helpful. I really appreciated their detailed communication and the ease of the automated billing and payment system.
Everyone from the gentleman who always answers the phone, to Mike who handles our house are simply outstanding. Everyone is informative and easy to talk with. They're there for you.

Would have gave them more stars, but this one employee, an older gentleman, told lies to the property manager where I live and he wasn't too professional. He was more concerned about what was on TV instead of doing his job, and we still have pests!

Absolutely love using this company. Our technician Donnie is amazing always on time, friendly, and never judges the state of my house. He almost feels like an uncle coming over for a Short visit. Quick and professional and they make it to where I feel great in my own house. And if I ever have a problem, he is quick to be on it and make sure it’s taken care of. Gotta love a technician like that. Thanks for the amazing service.
They charge you a monthly fee but do not come to your home unless you call for an appointment. Need a better method for taking care of the customer

We are sorry that you did not receive a call to schedule your service, Jennifer. I wish that you would have given me a call and I could have easily taken care of making sure we had you set to be called each month or in any manner you wished. I would like to clarify that we never charge for service unless your home has received service and not all of our customers are monthly. We have customers that recur monthly on the calendar per their wishes and we have customers that wish to be called monthly, quarterly, etc and we add them to the call list. With your account, I also see that we also came out within a week of your first service just to check everything out and this was done at no charge. I am sorry that you felt that this deserved one star and just wished you would have called to let us know how we could have best met your needs for scheduling service.
Have used there service before at that time they mad every effort to be sure they did all that I needed done
