Specialty Exterminating has been providing monthly service for 20 years and has never missed a day. Their staff is thorough and reliable, and professional. The most recent technician made 100%+ effort when servicing our log home - went above and beyond to minimize carpenter bees and wasps without us asking. The house recently sold and now that I'm settled in a new place I'll be setting up my monthly appointment. They also provided termite checks the first few years.

I can not really rate the service aspect since after making contact was all I was able to do. I called the office and they said Joshua would call , he did he left a message I returned his call got VM after a week I called back to the office they transferred me to his cell phone got VM left message still no call back. So I called Orkin they were here the next day. Prompt is kinda important if Joshua is their only tech maybe they need more employees.
