RVA Pest Control - Hopewell

I had a scheduled appointment with this company to set up new services (at 8am). It’s was before I had to go to work so time was essential. They told me the technician Eboni was going to be there. So I waited all day for her. I had a mouse that needed to be removed that was stuck in a cabinet. I didn’t want to miss them coming out so I called into work. At 4:30pm I called the office because I was concerned no one had come out and I knew there office closed at 5pm. They told me Eboni would be there and to not worry. I called off at work, at 4:45pm still no call and no Eboni. I called the office back they shut there phones down earlier and repeatedly sent my calls to voicemail. I called all the way up past 5pm and left voicemails to “please call me back”. No one ever answered the phone and I never got a call back. Do not use this company they are very unprofessional, and to think I missed work and they did a no call no show!!! Stay away from this company, Pest Now is better even though they are not open on the weekends.

RVA Pest Control are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I appreciated the extra protocol they went through before entering my home --due to the coronavirus.

Bed bugs are a menace and I was only able to get rid of them with professional treatment. Don’t suffer longer than you have to. Call the pros to do a thermal treatment because it’s the only thing that works.
