This company has had multiple chances to correct a mishap during our termite traps installation. Forgetting to install multiple traps and leaving them outside near my animals. Regularly misses appointments. And their operations manager will lie to your face and swear you are crazy when he makes a mistake. Unreal.

As an agent looking to obtain a termite and moisture inspection on a home in Chesapeake Va., an area known for high humidity and moisure, for my buyer, I was disapointed to learn that Southern Does Not inspect for moisture damage or note mold growth on their inspections. I will now locate a more inclusive professional company.
