Kenny and his team are top notch!! We especially love our tech Josh, always on time, plays 50 questions with my kids and always addresses our concerns! Thank you guys!!

We have used Epling’s for three years and have had nothing but great, reliable and honest service. Our last technician, Thomas, was exceptional and is the reason I felt compelled to write a review. He was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and thorough. I appreciate Epling’s consistent great service.

Service man was professional and polite. However, killed 3 roaches inside the house the day after.

Epling's responded the same day that I called. I am so appreciative. I had mice not just in the house but in my file cabinet which was keeping me from being able to sleep. They educated me about some of the habits of mice - most helpful.

Extremely disappointed Instead of focusing on resolving pest issues, the technician (older bald guy probably the oldest one there tbh) seemed more concerned with inspecting and reporting things unrelated to their job. My home was in good condition, it’s was an hectic morning and we are moving out at the end of the month keep that in mind !! and I’ve never had issues during previous visits — but this time felt more like a judgmental walkthrough than a service call. The actual pest control was rushed and unhelpful, and nothing was treated properly. It’s frustrating that tenants are being reported without any follow-up on the actual pest concerns. If the company spent half as much energy on doing their job as they do on nitpicking, we’d all be better off. Epling needs to refocus on professionalism, respect, and delivering actual results. Until then, I’d recommend requesting a different technician — or a different company altogether. If he knew we were moving maybe his mindset would’ve been different but he chose to gossip and run and tell how my house was kept before even doing the other units !! Did not stand by there word to get rid of ground bee . Would not recommend. Company knew had problems with tech not doing his job now no longer there and I still have bee problem . .

We have a small duplex. Epling told our tenant that it would be a good idea to have the place treated for termites. They examined the place and it had not termites currently. But they still talked out tenant into getting the treatment, even though it would: 1) only cover 1/2 of the building, 2) the building is on a slab, 3) there is no wood near the ground for the termites to crawl up into. When I tried to dispute the charges, they said, "Well you have a 10 year warranty." Right. Like the guy living on a mountain needs flood insurance.

We are concerned about some dead grass in the shape of footprints that have appeared after our first treatment? Maybe some of the chemical got on the feet of exterminator? Will be following up this am :(

Contacted to set up a rodent plan. Was told on the phone that I would be invoiced the initial down payment for the yearly service with the scheduled maintenance service for my crawl space dehumidifier. Tech show up and tells me I have to pay the down payment then. This the second time that I've experienced this lack of communication.

The service is listed as "General Pests, however spiders continue to be a problem year after year. We have asked for additional attention to address them but it does not get any better. If this was resolved, we would be at 5 stars.

Techs doing the termite control were courteous and efficient, however left poly dislodged and not neat as was before treatment under the house. Discussion with original employee who gave estimate must not have been completely understood because I voiced concerns about termites in my shed and was informed of extra cost when installation techs arrived. Thought was included in original estimate. Pest control tech was very cordial and informative. Had three services performed and was generally pleased overall.

Rude drivers on the road in Gloucester. Will never use their service! If you treat people like that in general, can only imagine the service!
