Several attempts at getting in contact regarding services and nothing.

We used to use Shawn with Delta Pest Solution and always had a great experience. Very professional service, dependable and always on time. We used him for many years, but I guess he dropped us as customers?? No explanation why. We always paid the same day the service was done. We had aTermite treatment several years ago, and after that a yearly termite inspection. I called multiple times, texted - no response. Really frustrated at this point, because if I have to switch to a new company, they cannot honor the warranty and I have to put out 1500-2000 for anyone to do a treatment and give us a new warranty. So we’re not happy how we’re being treated. So not sure why?!

Upon seeing the 5 star reviews thought I'd have good luck in this town to get a call back...nope. After 1 call and 1 text still no return call.

I used them last year for ants and they were great! I just recently tried calling them over the past two weeks and have left several messages. I have yet to receive a return call back from them. I'm not very happy about it because I need pest control services.
