Great service all the way around!

This place is an absolute joke. They come out. Tell you it’s going to be one price and a one month follow up spray is included then send you another bill and are there 5 minutes don’t even spray the initial reason you called. They provide inaccurate services, have terrible communication. The “manager” is incredibly unprofessional and then threatens to put a lien out. Not to mention the services were rescheduled several times. Definitely would not recommend to anyone and will not be using them again. Eplings will have our future business.

We have used Lamb exterminating anytime we’ve had issues. Usually when the weather gets chilly and things start looking for somewhere to go. Today our provider was Braxton and he was great. I had my 6 year old with me and I mentioned we had to be out of the house for a while because of the chemicals and the smell. Braxton was very knowledgeable and explained the safety of the spray and there’s no smell. Then he explained exactly how the spray works and what it does to any critters. My son and I both learned a lot! I just thought it was nice he took the time to explain everything. Great experience as always! Thanks Braxton and All the folks at Lamb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chris came to our house for the initial inspection and he was very informative and very polite gentleman. Tyler and John finished up our termite treatment today. They didn't mind answering our questions and I haven't seen two young men be so polite. Its a hard come by in today's society. Every question we asked was followed by a yes ma'am or yes sir talking to my husband. And I would also like to give a shout out to Christina, very polite and just a bubbly attitude talking to her on the phone. Yall could give lessons to other companies on how to treat their customers. Look forward to seeing yall next year for our yearly inspection. Great job yall 👏.

Braxton visited our workplace and provided an outstanding presentation on the various species of roaches commonly found in our building. His knowledge was impressive as he explained the distinctive characteristics of each type, including their habitats and behaviors. Not only did he offer practical tips for identification, but he also shared effective strategies for pest prevention. Throughout the session, Braxton maintained a professional demeanor while remaining approachable and friendly, making it easy for everyone to engage and ask questions. His clear communication and expertise significantly enhanced our understanding of the issue at hand.

They charged me a bill for something they didn't do in a supposed routine inspection. I have cameras all around my house. Obviously, when I called the manager, she denied it by telling me stories. What a disappointment.

Always timely and knowledgeable. I trust them and since we've been using their service, haven't had to deal with perky "palmetto bugs" cockroaches that seem to love the heat and humidity in VA.
