The 1st Defense team has done a fantastic job quickly eradicating pests in our home. They are highly responsive, attentive, and knowledgable. They were recommended by my neighbor, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality pest control.

Had stuff falling from the wood beams in my home and thought I had termites. Todd said over the phone it sounded like Acrobat ants that are not a bad as termites. Dillon came out a couple of days later and informed me about the problem and what the solution was. I opted for a one-time treatment that should last at least 4 months. Didn't want regular service because I didn't think I would need it and was concerned about pesticides washing down the hill towards my spring water supply. The cost was fair for having someone come out that knew what they were doing. The next day or so the junk stopped falling from the ceiling and then I noticed dead ants had fallen from the ceiling. This company was a pleasure to work with because they show up on time (or early), do what they say they will, clearly know what they are doing, and seem to place customer service before profit. [ This is an unpaid, unsolicited review. ]

Hands down best in the business. They always show up and take care of any pests that we have around our home. They all are great people.

It's a pleasure doing business with 1st Defense. They come when they say they will come. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. The business processes are efficient and well run such as receiving a service report after each treatment, receiving an electroinc invoice, and being able to pay online. I highly recommend always on time always polite great to keep you on schedule. I called today because a hornet’s nest had began to get pretty good size and even though they were busy they came out and took care of the nest. I give them 10 out of 10 give them a call for preventative maintenance!!!!

Todd is very knowledgeable about insects and insect control. He developed a plan to control an indoor ant nest by finding entry points and treating surfaces with the least use of pesticides. Very effective, easy to work with, highly recommended!
