Best company to use we had a a very bad experience with a guy name Morgan jeron is the reason why we stayed with company plus the owner is amazing and took care of the problem right away. Morgan would come to my house and flirt with my wife ready to leave company until management stepped in and owner. Then Jeron came in took over he’s work I trust him enough I would not be worried if we was not home they hire professional people I don’t hold Morgan against them. You can only go off first oppressions and then the truth will come out thank y’all so much for doing a good job for this family.

If you need exterminating with these crazy gnats, I highly recommend Best Exterminating and Brian Horowitz! Brian is extremely customer service oriented and very knowledgeable. We used them a couple of years ago and I specifically requested him. Give them a shout!

I can't say enough about my experience with Marco. First of all he arrived on time. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and very honest. He took his time and was very thorough in treatment. Marco was able and willing to answer all questions that I had. I appreciate him going above and beyond in helping to resolve our pest issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with "Best" Exterminating. The company failed in several critical ways that made this a frustrating and negative experience for me as a customer. 1) Lack of Clear Communication: The company never communicated upfront that payment would be required regardless of whether the groundhog was caught. In fact, the technician specifically told me payment wouldn’t be due until the job was complete. If they expect customers to pay for unsuccessful attempts, that absolutely needs to be made clear before services are performed. 2) No Follow-Up: After the trap was set and failed to catch the groundhog, the company did not follow up with me at all. For 3.5 months, I heard nothing—no updates, no status checks, and no further interest in the job. 3) Unreasonable Billing Practices: After months of silence, the company suddenly sent me an invoice and insisted that I owed money for a service they failed to deliver. When I raised my concerns, they explained that trapping cannot be 100% guaranteed. That is indisputable, but if the company expects the customer to bear the risks of trapping failures and pay full price anyway, that has to be clearly explained first. 4) Poor Customer Awareness: The company seems entirely unaware of how bad this experience was from a customer’s perspective. Rather than addressing the lack of communication or considering any goodwill gesture, they doubled down on defending their policy. Overall, this was a poor experience from start to finish. Customers deserve transparency, communication, and at least some effort to resolve issues, none of which I received here. I cannot recommend this company.

Jaren is the best exterminator I have had with this company, he calls me to make sure I haven’t had any problems and to make sure he doesn’t need to focus on anything in particular. I trust him to be in my home with us there, and he even called me when he didn’t see my dog in her cage and was worried about her. Jaren is very cautious with spraying around my son’s toys, which means the world to me. He definitely is the most caring person we have had

We’ve used them for the past couple of years and have always appreciated their help. They have fast response of it’s a pest emergency and are also like clockwork with our quarterly services. Brian our usual tech and is awesome. We just met Darien and he was also great. They always ask if we are having any issues so they can better adapt to our needs. We plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future.

Jeron did an excellent job getting me switched over from previous company. He paid attention to what I needed, explained everything he would be using and currently I have no issues with ants coming in. He was very professional and courteous. Pricing was higher than the previous company but you get what you pay for and I am much happier right now.
