Holistic Pest Solutions

Called about yellow jackets mysteriously appearing in our kitchen (just one a day or so). Someone was able to come within about 24 hours. Josh spent nearly two hours with me discussing the problem and possible entry points, patiently watching their activity outside the house, etc. While we didn't arrive at an answer to this mystery, he made some suggestions about things we could do that eventually made a difference. I thought he had good expertise about this situation and that he took a lot of time with us. I was really pleased with Holistic, and I wouldn't hesitate calling them in the future.

Sorry to say this scheduled appointment never happened. The technician ( Cameron) called me 15 minutes after the appointed time to inform me he was running late due to “ a pest emergency” and that he was still “planning” to come by. Whatever happened to considerations for someone else’s schedule and time factors. Emergencies happen but factoring later arrival times and how far out tech was to my home would have been too late in evening. I was definitely frustrated. Thank you

Holistic Pest responded quickly to my inquiry regarding roaches. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Because of our dog, we want treatments that are effective but not highly toxic. Our vet recommended Holistic Pest.

Ryan came by my rental house and solved my problems. We had bats and rats. He took care of the rat problem, pronto, and referred me to a bat specialist (see other reviews). Now I have some bugs at my home and Ryan stopped by today. He was on time, as always, and took care of my issues for a great price. I stopped worrying about this kind of thing after meeting Ryan and Holistic Pest Solutions.

We've been stood up twice on consult appt and have been trying to get someone out for over a month. No communication during no-shows. Moving on to someone else, and won't look back.

I would love to leave a great review. But unfortunately it took me a day or so to get a call back6/28 When they did respond they said a technician would call me the next day6/30. I waited until approximately 4 pm ish and then called and left a message. After leaving a message I did get a return phone call from a tech and made an appointment for Monday 7/3 between 2 and 4 pm. Well after rescheduling my day no one showed up and I did not receive any notification that no one would be coming out. I have now given up. I hope if you use their services you get a better response.

This is the best pest control business I've ever worked with. We moved here a year and a half ago and they've been nothing but wonderful. They do not try to over sell anything. I trust them. The organic solution is working. They have a fall treatment for fake lady bugs and stink bugs. They are very responsive and flexible. No need to look elsewhere!
