I setup a termite inspection with Josh who came out to our house with another technician. After being told by two other local exterminating companies that we had everything from termites to wood borers and estimates from $600 to $2000, Josh confirmed that the only termites found were in a rotting log behind the house. He gave us some tips to further prevent any infestation and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend these guys as I felt they were the only ones who were truthful about what they found (or didn't find).
