We’ve used All American Pest Control for quarterly pest control service for a few years and have had a great experience. They are reliable, easy to work with, and take the time to explain how the treatment works and what to expect. The technicians we've had are always professional, on time, and thorough. They got rid of ant problem that kept coming back every year. It’s nice working with a small family business that actually cares about doing the job right.

Nathaniel came by today to treat our home. He has been here several times in past years. He is great! He was rised in this area and still lives here with his family. He always arrives on schedule, describes rhe work he will do, and gets right on it. Extremely polite and nice to chat with! A great representative of All American Pest Control.

We used All American Pest Control to assist with a problem we were having in our basement with "Sprickets' last Fall. All American was extremely responsive to our concerns, answered all of our questions and our rep, Jason helped to educate us on prevention measures in the future. He also provided us insight on the products they use and walked us around the house throughout the entire procedure to let us know what he was doing. Thank you so much All American! Montebello Condominiums in Alexandria, Virginia hired this company late last year to take care of our complex and to allow owners to use for their homes without cost beyond our high monthly condo fees. I have lived here for 12 1/2 years and never had any problems with bugs. Started having problems in mid-December about a week after a flyer was placed under my door about this company. I signed-up with the front office to have this company treat my unit three times with no results. I was walking the tech around my condo the first time and ready to leave as the other exterminators would not allow me to stay in my condo while they treated my unit and I was required to stay out for 4-5 hours. I could always smell what they had sprayed when I returned home. There was no smell from what this company sprayed. I would never have known that they had sprayed my home if I didn’t let them in. I told the tech that I would leave and let him do his thing. Shocked when he said he was done and was spraying the baseboards as we walked around my home. He was not wearing a mask as the others techs had and neither was I. He was only carrying a small container of mystery fluid. No after treatment report or follow-up. No follow-up from All American Pest or the condo association. He confirmed that my unit had mites not fleas as I did not have pets. This company is in our complex every Tuesday for the owners and he said he is always very busy. If his treatments work, he should not be busy every Tuesday. Three times in my unit for ten minutes or less and no results. Getting bit and attacked in my home has caused serious medical issues. I would demand a refund but only pay this company through my monthly condo fees, $1,034. At an informal meeting of the owners in my building, an owner said this company has no motivation to solve our bug problems as they would lose their lucrative, weekly work. I strongly agree as no one is following up to see if the treatments are working. This company does not seem to take our bug infestation seriously. Fighting this infestation is expensive and exhausting. Our security has reported rats in our trash rooms, first time on 12+ years. Rats carry fleas, mites, ticks, and other bugs that seem to easily crawl up the trash chutes to then enter our hallways and homes. seven months fighting this mess with no end in sight.

Wanted to share what an amazing experience we have had with All american! We have now used them twice, once for Ants, and just today for Mice. The rep Nathaniel is top notch! Educated us, was Patient, so rare these days. Ty Jason, and Nathaniel!! first class business that cares!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is no guarantee in their works, the owner just wants to keep charging you. The infestation came back just a little over 30 days, the owner wanted to charge me to come back even though I signed up for their quarterly extermination services. I would expect there will be some guarantee in between services. I understand if it's just one time service and they want to be compensated to come back....anyway I would stay away from this company!! For anyone who is reading this, I normally do not leave negative reviews unless I'm very dissatisfied with the services. You probably know there is a reason why people leave bad reviews. In my perspective, the owner didn't complete his initial job. As you can see below, the owner is not willing to work with you to make it right when the customer is not satisfied with his service. I would say this is bad customer service!! Also to give you more context, the owner didn't do a good job inspecting the house initially. There was an area that he missed and didn't treat, later we found out this was the area the ants were coming from. When we called him, I was not asking for a retreatment, we were only asking him to come back to spot treat the area he missed initially. Which he told us he wouldn't come out if we don't pay him $65. Do you think it is fair to ask for more compensation to complete the initial job? When I already paid a high upfront cost $175 for the initial treatment. Be aware, do your research and think twice before you hire cheap and low quality exterminator. TOTALLY WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

We’ve been using All American for a year now and they’ve been amazing! We had an awful ant infestation in our kitchen and bathroom last winter. I was skeptical because our house is old and not well sealed. Anyways, after speaking with the owner, Jason (he assessed our situation and explained everything), one of their technicians, Nathaniel (the sweetest & most polite gentleman), came out and sprayed our house and we’ve been ant free ever since. Love the optional quarterly sprayings, which are completely worth it. Also love supporting a small, local business. They’re a really wonderful and honest company!

I never write reviews, but I needed to share my experience with All American Pest Control. I began to notice ants here and there around my house on Saturday. With the weather getting warmer, I knew the ant problem would've just gotten worst. I found All American Pest Control and gave them a call the following Monday. The lady I spoke to, Nancy, was extremely helpful and scheduled me for an appointment for the next day. Nathan was our technician who treated the house and he was extremely professional and informative. He treated both the inside and outside the house and the service was smooth and quick. Nathan said it would take about a week for the ants to disappear, but I could not spot a single ant after he left. Super happy with the service and prices were extremely reasonable. Highly recommend American Pest Control! Will definitely be contacting them in the future and will make this service an annual thing.

They got rid of my ants! Tried everything but nothing worked so I gave them a call. The guy was very helpful. He used a bunch of different methods and explained how each of them worked. 2 days later I didn't see any ants and haven't seen any since. Will definitely use them again if they ever come back
