Eli and his team are first rate!!! They tackled a 100-year-old very large, neglected crawlspace and absolutely transformed it in a masterful encapsulation. They are meticulous. No problem was too small for them to identify and completely solve. They went above and beyond, exceeding my high expectations. If it was possible to give this company 100 stars, we would. I had my crawlspace done last fall and could not have been more impressed with the meticulous work and professionalism of the whole team. Not only was the job done to a top notch standard, you feel when it's done that you have personal friends in the industry. I work night shifts and the technicians were so quiet I could sleep with them working directly below my bedroom window. No corners were cut and even when they finished earlier than expected... they could have just left early, but stayed and removed a small dead tree from my yard. While the cost was completely reasonable, I wouldn't even consider other companies. Having a local company that stands behind their work and care about their customers and neighbors...you cannot put a price on that piece of mind. Thank you all!

Eli and his team completely transformed our home’s crawlspace. For a very reasonable price compared to many other quotes from companies big and small, they removed our old moldy insulation and installed an immaculate fully incapsulated design. They took the time to address little details and, with the job complete, we have noticed a sharp drop in the home’s humidity levels from before. Finding trustworthy and fairly priced companies has been one of the hardest parts of early home ownership, and I am glad to count Eli and CVECS as one of the companies we trust the most.

During the passage of Hurricane Helene we ended up with 2 ft of water in our crawlspace. We discovered that the previous owner of our house had the crawlspace conditioned but in a faulty manner. Our fiberglass insulation was infested with crickets and vermin, and mold had started to take hold. We learned about the excellent work of CVE&CS through word of mouth from several of our neighbors. The project team, led by Eli Watson, gave us professional advice on how to remedy the situation. We decided to go with CVE&CS to completely renovate our crawlspace, including installation of a sump pump and dehumidifier, and to repair our non-functional gutter drainage system. Eli's team proved to be hard working, punctual, informative, and respectful. Multiple tons of rock had to be removed so that the crawlspace could be properly graded. The wooden piers that support our house had to be individually raised so the the new liner could be installed to prevent any wood-to-ground contact. Our new crawlspace is an amazing improvement down to the last detail. Our experience with CVE&CS renewed our faith in contractors. They definitely earned a five-star rating!

Phenomenal company. Team was responsive, did great work, and consistently went above and beyond. They left the workspace better than they found it, sweeping out the carport and even killing a wasp nest on the property without being asked.

Great group and fast turn around. Had them come out for a whole home dehumidifier quote. Had the quote the same day, agreement signed, and they installed it the same week. Eli and his crew recently finished the remediation of my crawl space. It was in very bad shape with insulation falling down, high humidity, dust and dirt. It was affecting our in house air quality. I found all my encounters with Eli and his staff to be of a very positive nature. He was upbeat and knowledgeable at all times. He was very professional and kept me informed of all plans and procedures as they occurred. After removing all the debris and leveling the floor of the crawlspace they were able to encase it in plastic and foam and then install a dehumidifier. The resulting space is extremely clean and completely white for easy inspection. I am very happy with the job they did and have no complaints at all. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them to those who need this kind of work done.

Eli and his team are outstanding. We had Central VA Crawlspace Solutions install foam insulation board over the cement block in our uninsulated garage and basement areas for our home in Ednam Forest. As a result, the living spaces above are SO MUCH warmer! That was an expected result, as promised. What we found so very impressive about this company is that a) Eli spent a LOT of time explaining to me the basics of insulating under-house spaces, b) after I spent way too many hours conducting my own online research, his guidance was very much in alignment with expert opinion, and c) the company was great about communicating with us throughout the process. Their work was extremely high-quality, workers were all polite and safe (masks etc), and done on schedule. Highly recommend!
