Charged for a pest control service I didn’t authorize — and threatened with collections. I was a customer for a full year and paid in advance for all treatments. When my contract ended, I told them clearly over the summer that I would not be renewing — and even confirmed that a note would be added to my file. Despite that, they came out again after the end of my contract , did an unsolicited treatment, and then billed me for it. When I questioned the charge, they insisted I owed it and are now

I was at my daughter’s place while she was gone & Scott came to do a monthly spray with his partner. When I asked him to wear shoe covers he got uptight rude and turned away while I was in the middle of speaking to him. Not sure who or what he’s used to dealing with but after my interaction I DO NOT WANT him near my daughter or her small kids! This once-local company is now part of a big chain, and service has gotten worse. In December, I called the office to make an appointment for the annual termite inspection. The receptionist refused, and said I would get a phone call only one day before the inspection. I never got that phone call. The inspector came when I was not home, and then I got a notice saying the house was inspected. I have no idea how thoroughly my home was inspected.
