Don't return your call when trying to make an appointment

Terrible service. Charged us for a year of service and never showed back up. We’ve called several times and at this point they just don’t answer our calls. Don’t waste your money. Call someone else. If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would.

Had a bat problem in my apartment complex. Called on Friday and had to leave a voicemail. Was called back late that evening by Josh. Said he would try to go there Saturday. Today is Wednesday and no one has arrived or called. No one has returned my additional voice mails from Monday, Tuesday, or today. I will not use them again!
